• Brain
• Computer
• Internet access
• Hands
• Forum (Must be your own forum or have admin privileges on a particular forum)
• Coffee (Optional)

Pro tip: If you have an enemy or someone you don't like and want to take action against them, try making friends with them. I can't stress this enough, as being mean to them will make them reluctant to add you on social sites, forums, blogs, and so on.
