[+] A lot of pirated software and cracks
[+] Given the complete anonymity, it is impossible to track the location of the user
[+] Any file uploaded to is encrypted and split into parts
[+] This network is useful for programmers and hackers
[-] More difficult to use
[-] Slower
[-] Lack of search engines
[-] Many sites look ascitic and remind of the 90s when the Internet was just emerging
Can it replace the Internet?
Answer: not in the near future, but if the government continues to control useful resources, then it is quite possible!
