Connect your VPN to a US server.

( https://www.twilio.com/ )
in your browser.
Click on "Get a Free API Key."
Register using false information from the USA.
You can use Fake Name Generator (https://www.fakenamegenerator.com/) for an email.
Do not use temporary mail; use @outlook.com, @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com to ensure 100% success. (@outlook.com is recommended).
Choose "Java" as the language.
For mobile number verification, use either a virtual TextNow number or a second line for verification.
After successful verification, your project menu will appear.
Select "Templates" -> "Phone Numbers."
Give your project any name and skip other steps.
Once the project is created, click on "Phone Numbers."
Select the country and then perform a search.
Choose any number on the screen and click "Buy" (Don't worry, no payment method is required).
Click on the configuration of the number.
You're done; you have now created a virtual number with call, SMS, and MMS functions.
To create another number, simply repeat the steps for the previous number .and purchase another one
