How can I become a hacker?

I have heard that you need to spend 2 years to just learn the basics. I am willing to spend them, I want so bad to become a hacker.
So far I have learned c++, python, Linux, some web hacking from Portswigger, and some general hacking from the oscp 2021 pdf.
I have spent 9 months.
